Due to the significant weight and large dimensions of ECOCALO overlanding 4x4 accessories, standard carton packaging is insufficient for the demands of long-haul international transit. The harsh realities of ocean freight, port transfers, and container handling require uncompromising protection.

ECOCALO Default Standard: To ensure your inventory arrives in pristine, market-ready condition, reinforced wooden frames/crates are our mandatory default packaging for all bulky items.

Quality Assurance Policy: We prioritize the structural integrity of our products above all else. If a partner explicitly insists on waiving the wooden frame protection to save on dimensional weight, we reserve the right to decline the order. We will not compromise our quality standards or accept liability for goods damaged due to inadequate packaging requested by the buyer.

SHIPPING

ECOCALO offer scalable delivery methods tailored to your business requirements:

  • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): The most cost-effective solution for heavy pickup accessories and large-volume container orders. Estimated transit time: 20-40 days.
  • Air Express: Expedited freight for rapid sample delivery or urgent inventory restocks. Estimated transit time: 5-10]days.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    As a B2B supplier, our standard shipping terms are FOB / DDP . ECOCALO team will provide complete and precise documentation to ensure a frictionless clearance process.
  • Tracking and Account Support
    Precision doesn't stop at manufacturing. Once your container or package leaves our facility, you will receive a Bill of Lading (B/L) or a direct tracking number. Your dedicated account manager will proactively monitor the transit status until the goods are safely unloaded at your facility.
